Mindful Yoga is suitable for all, beginners and experienced alike!

My classes are designed to honour and support each student’s unique abilities. I encourage my students to work within their individual range of motion, to start where they are at the present moment and to embrace the possibility of change on all levels. The history is less important than the curiosity and openness to explore and to grow. The beauty is that at any stage in life we can choose to engage on a new path.

My teaching includes the principles of grounding, breathing and spinal elongation, which are being taught at the Ester Myers Yoga studio. I have personally experienced the transformational ways and am very enthusiastic about being able to share these principles with anyone interested in enriching their wellbeing. Especially beginners can greatly benefit from this practice, which leads to an increase in mobility and a higher quality of life and are applicable on and off the mat.
Allow yourself to experience what it feels like to move with greater ease and to strengthen the interconnectedness between mind and body. Transformation is only a step a away.
